  • Providing dedicated support and sparring to the vice president (~15%)
  • Enabling collaboration and accountability across the leadership team through simple, effective ways of working and development initiatives

What makes you a great fit

You are an experienced, structured and proactive communicator with a strong execution mindset and the confidence to partner with senior leaders in a fast-paced, international environment.

We expect you have:

  • A degree in Business Communication or a related field
  • Experience within communication from an international company
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience running leadership forums or workshops
  • Excellent PowerPoint and communication tool capabilities, with interest in AI-supported productivity
  • Fluency in English

It is a plus if you bring:

  • Experience in change management or transformation initiatives
  • Exposure to leadership team development, culture, or strategic alignment
  • Familiarity with governance structures or operating rhythm design

Why you will love working here

We offer a flexible and supportive environment focused on your growth and well-being:

  • Three additional paid volunteering days
  • Access to learning and development opportunities
