As our new Sales Engineer - DBS, you will be spearheading territory sales development for our Domestic Building Services (DBS) segment in Southern China, building and nurturing dealer networks while pursuing project sales opportunities to deliver sustainable regional growth. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Domestic Building Services (DBS) Sales team, you'll create impact by Developing and expanding our dealer network and project sales pipeline to capture market share and drive double-digit growth across the Southern China region.


Your main responsibilities include:
•    Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by identifying and closing retail, distribution, and project sales opportunities
•    Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan to build, strengthen, and expand the authorized dealer and sub-dealer network
•    Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape, customer needs, and target segments, adapting sales strategies to gain market share
•    Collaborate closely with internal teams including order processing, credit, logistics, service, and marketing to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
•    Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market updates to management to support data-driven decision-making

 

What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a results-driven sales professional with strong dealer management capabilities, technical curiosity, and the collaborative mindset needed to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. We would also imagine that you have:
•    Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
•    3-5 years of sales experience in durable goods, preferably pumps, HVAC, water purification, or related industries
•    Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing dealer/distribution networks
•    Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders including dealers, end-users, and internal teams

It is a plus if you also:
•    Technical background in pumps, fluid mechanics, or building services systems
•    Experience in project-based sales within the residential or commercial building sector
