As our new Quality Engineer, you will be ensuring product and process quality across manufacturing operations, driving root cause analysis, and implementing sustainable improvements that uphold the highest standards in our production. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Quality team, you'll create impact by Driving quality excellence that ensures our products reliably deliver on Grundfos's promise of pioneering solutions for water and climate challenges worldwide..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues in production
  • Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in alignment with ISO 9001 standards
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to embed quality into every stage of the manufacturing process
  • Analyze quality data, defect trends, and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and drive measurable results
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and regulatory standards
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, and SPC

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a detail-oriented quality professional with strong analytical skills, hands-on manufacturing experience, and a drive for continuous improvement. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
  • 3+ years of experience in a quality engineering role within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (FMEA, SPC, 8D, root cause analysis)
  • Proficiency in data analysis and quality reporting

    It is a plus if you also:

    • ISO 9001 certification (e.g., Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor)
    • Experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC)
    • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
