Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining technical accountability by independently or collaboratively working with Service Partners to efficiently and professionally address customer requests, incidents, and service-related issues.
What you will be doing
You'll create impact by delivering hands-on technical expertise that maximizes system uptime and strengthens long-term customer partnerships across the water technology landscape.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Quickly respond to the customer, and provide advice, solutions to help the customer solve the problem
- Disassemble, check and repair pumps in the right way, making service report for every service case, both in-house and on-site service.
- Advises the customer about shortcomings in the total system, which can prevent problems and offers a solution to these problems
- Deliver services offerings according to the Orders: commissioning, repairing, maintenance contract, site inspection, energy check, pump audit, pump installation, laser alignment
- Proactively spotting service opportunities to increase Service Sales (Lead generation)
- Supervising/directing service partners on site to get the job done efficiently
- Provides technical support to Sales, partners if needed
- Continues learning and development to build up hands-on service capability
- Always follow safe work practices and procedures.

What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a hands-on technical problem solver with strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, excellent customer-facing communication skills, and a drive to deliver reliable solutions in the field. We would also imagine that you have:
- Technical education knowledge of electrical/mechanical engineering, application knowledge
- 0-5 years of work experience in the industry or comparable environment
- Good command of English in verbal, reading and writing
