As our new Senior Supply Chain Specialist, you will be driving supply chain excellence by optimizing logistics, procurement, and planning processes that ensure reliable delivery of Grundfos solutions to customers worldwide. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Global Supply Chain team, you'll create impact by Strengthening supply chain resilience and efficiency to support Grundfos's mission of pioneering solutions to the world's water and climate challenges..

Your main responsibilities include:
•    Analyze and optimize supply chain processes including demand planning, inventory management, and logistics to improve service levels and reduce costs
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, production, and sales to align supply chain strategies with business objectives
•    Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights to enhance supply chain performance and operational efficiency
•    Manage supplier relationships and monitor key performance indicators to ensure delivery reliability and quality standards
•    Develop and maintain supply chain dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into KPIs and support decision-making
•    Identify and mitigate supply chain risks by implementing proactive strategies and contingency plans

What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a detail-oriented supply chain professional with strong analytical capabilities, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to drive results across complex global operations. We would also imagine that you have:
•    Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
•    5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, planning, or logistics within a manufacturing or industrial environment
•    Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel or BI tools for data analysis
•    Demonstrated experience in process optimization and cross-functional stakeholder management

 

It is a plus if you also:
•    APICS/CSCP certification or equivalent supply chain professional credential
•    Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with multi-site operations
•    Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
