As our new Finance Business Partner, you will be serving as a key member of the Plant Leadership Team, delivering financial transparency, high-quality analysis, and performance management that directly strengthens business decision-making across multiple factories.
What you will be doing
As a key part of the Plant Finance team, you'll create impact by Driving financial excellence and business partnering that empowers plant leadership to execute ambitious business plans and deliver measurable results.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Act as a trusted business partner to the Plant Director and leadership team, proactively challenging and supporting the execution of business plans
- Drive complex financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, target setting, and high-quality monthly reporting across multiple factories
- Evaluate business cases and investment projects in close cooperation with stakeholders from an end-to-end perspective
- Deploy and integrate performance management methods into ongoing business dialogues to continuously improve decision-making
- Own all local Finance matters and collaborate closely with the Global ONE Finance Team on outsourced finance elements
- Lead ad-hoc analyses and costing projects that directly impact core business performance at Grundfos
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a commercially sharp finance professional with strong stakeholder management skills, the resilience to handle peak workloads, and the confidence to constructively challenge senior leaders in a manufacturing setting. We would also imagine that you have:
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field paired with 6-8 years of experience in Business Controlling
- Fluent in English with strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP & BW, Power BI, or VBA
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial reporting and performance management
- Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and drive financial decision-making in a complex organization
It is a plus if you also:
- Experience working in a large manufacturing or industrial environment
- Familiarity with Copilot or other AI-powered productivity tools
