Associate CSSC Back Office Engineer

As our new Associate CSSC Application Engineer, you will be providing timely, accurate technical advice and quotations to customers and sales teams, ensuring every interaction strengthens Grundfos' reputation for excellence in customer service and application engineering. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Customer Sales Support Center(CSSC) Back Office team, you'll create impact by delivering quick, high-accuracy technical solutions that empower customers and sales partners to select the right Grundfos products for their applications.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Provide technical assistance on product sizing, applications, system solutions, accessories, installation, and pricing to ensure optimal functionality
  • Process and follow up on customer inquiries and special orders within Service Level Agreements, coordinating with product segments and suppliers as needed
  • Support sales teams on tenders and projects by providing dimensions, specifications, calculations
  • Ensure customer master data accuracy by coordinating updates with CMD specialists
  • Coordinate with service and logistics functions to improve customer satisfaction and resolve technical issues
  • Assist in delivering technical training for Front Line staff, external sales teams, and partners

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a detail-oriented technical professional with strong communication skills, a genuine eagerness to learn, and a commitment to delivering fast, accurate customer support. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in hydraulic machinery, electrical machines, environmental engineering, power electronics, control systems
  • 2+ years of experience in application engineering or technical support roles
  • Previous customer service experience with strong organizational skills and accountability
  • Working knowledge of SAP (CRM/C4C/SD) and MS Office applications
  • Good written English communication skills

It is a plus if you also:

  • Effective time management and ability to perform well under pressure
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build trusting relationships across internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with pump products, type keys, and application knowledge
