Administration
Executive assistant for CCO, CBS
Job Description

Are you a proactive, strategic-minded professional who thrives on helping senior leaders perform at their best in a fast-paced global environment?

As our new Executive Assistant to the Chief Commercial Officer, CBS, you will combine exceptional administrative excellence with strategic coordination, enabling our global sales leadership team to operate effectively and efficiently.

What you will be doing

As part of the Commercial Building Services team, you will help drive the effectiveness of our global sales organization by owning the leadership operating rhythm, ensuring follow-through on key priorities, and enabling the CCO to focus where it matters most.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the CCO's calendar, travel plans, and meeting schedule, ensuring focus on high-priority activities
  • Owning the Sales Leadership Team operating rhythm, including meeting governance, annual planning, decision tracking, and follow-up on actions
  • Supporting communication activities such as inbox management, town hall preparation, presentations, and internal communications
  • Coordinating events ranging from leadership meetings and team workshops to customer visits and international engagements
  • Handling core administrative tasks including expenses, purchase orders, invoices, and complex travel arrangements
  • Supporting strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging AI tools and digital workflows where relevant

What makes you a great fit

You are highly organized, confident in working with senior stakeholders, and able to balance attention to detail with a strong sense of priorities. Most importantly, you act as a trusted partner rather than a traditional administrator.

We imagine that you have:

  • Experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a global, commercial, or sales-driven organization
  • Strong skills in calendar management, meeting governance, and coordination across multiple stakeholders and time zones
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools
  • Sound judgment, discretion, and the confidence to challenge and protect executive time when needed

It is a plus if you also have:

  • Experience with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and commercial operating rhythms such as business reviews and pipeline reviews
  • Experience from an international B2B or industrial organization

Why you will love working here

At Grundfos, we support both professional and personal growth. You can look forward to:

  • Flexible working arrangements and home-working opportunities
  • Annual bonus, health insurance, and a strong focus on well-being
  • Additional paid volunteering days
  • Access to learning resources, training, and structured development programmes
  • An inclusive workplace that values diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences
