Customer Success Manager - Water Utilities

The main purpose of the Customer Success Manager role is to establish long-term strategic relationships with water utility customers that subscribe to our digital analytical solutions.

What is the job about?

  • Acting as the principal lead for water utility customers and serve as the main point of contact co-ordinating post sales execution. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders part of the customer success team (application engineer, data engineer, monitoring and support), ensuring the competences required are available,
  • Key customer lifecycle stages post-sale; ensuring long-term scalable business relationship is established,
  • Leading technical meetings and discussions with water utility customer stakeholders, comfortable in putting hands on the software,
  • Driving solutions with customer stakeholders (make solutions part of day-to-day business); training and educating customer at fully adopting the solutions,
  • Educating and training the customer to change the customer’s ways of working with digital and get full value of our solution through an excellent customer experience
  • Ensuring value delivery, realization and overall customer success (via KPIs) for several actively managed medium to high value accounts,
  • Managing and growing revenue related to digital solutions for multiple accounts varying in size,
  • Map customer journey, create customer success plan and adjust as necessary to meet company retention targets,
  • Relentlessly pursuing expansion and renewal of the subscriptions, keeping churn rate at 0,
  • Cross selling other solutions to meet customer needs,
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of Customer Success Management tools and processes.


What do you need to apply?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in economics or engineering,
  • 2-3 years of experience in a  key account / project manager / customer success manager position,
  • Knowledge/experience of the Water Utility sector is mandatory,
  • Experience with digital, IoT or a SaaS, cloud-based software or start-up environment is a nice to have,
  • Capability in driving technology and digital transformation programs for external customers,
  • Project management relevant certification is a plus,
  • Customer focused, action oriented, life-long learner, resourceful, change agent skillset, agile, deal closer,
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) and fluent (verbal and written) in Polish, Germany language knowledge would be a nice to have.
