📍 Location: Warrington (Service Delivery Unit)

🕒 Full-Time | Fixed-Term Apprenticeship – 37.5 hours per week

🧑‍🏫 Reports To: Service Delivery Supervisor
🎓 Earn While You Learn: Level 3 NVQ in Business Administration


Are you passionate about helping people and eager to start a career in customer service? Join our supportive and dynamic team as a Customer Service Apprentice and gain hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.


🔍 What You Will Be Doing

  • Delivering excellent customer service via phone and email
  • Logging and managing customer queries and service requests
  • Processing service reports and arranging collections
  • Resolving invoice queries and escalating when needed
  • Maintaining accurate customer records in our C4C system
  • Supporting service teams with administrative tasks

🧠 What You Will Need

  • A minimum of a high school education
  • A passion for learning and delivering great customer service
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Patience, adaptability, and attention to detail
  • Confidence using computers and standard software packages
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks
