Peerless Pump Company, an Indianapolis based subsidiary of Grundfos, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Stores Supervisor to join its Logistics team in Indianapolis.

As our new Warehouse Supervisor, you will be overseeing daily warehouse operations, leading a dedicated team, and ensuring seamless material flow that keeps production running and customers satisfied. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Logistics Operations team, you'll create impact by Driving operational excellence by optimizing inventory accuracy, streamlining logistics processes, and empowering your team to deliver outstanding results for our customers.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Lead, train, and develop warehouse team members while enforcing workplace health and safety standards and maintaining a clean, organized facility using 5S tools and regular audits
- Ensure accurate inventory control through daily and weekly cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies within SAP, and guaranteeing timely material supply to production lines within 24 hours
- Plan and assign daily tasks across Receiving, Stores, and Shipping to maintain efficient workflow and meet customer service performance expectations
- Process incoming shipments within established performance windows and resolve production issues or customer complaints within 24 hours using structured problem-solving methods
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through inventory optimization, process standardization, and effective resource utilization
- Use Leader Routine practices to track task completion, communicate priorities, and generate tactical reports to ensure adherence to key performance indicators
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a results-oriented logistics professional with proven team leadership skills, a strong grasp of warehouse best practices, and the ability to drive continuous improvement while keeping people motivated and engaged.
We would also imagine that you have:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of 5S, Lean, and Theory of Constraints methodologies
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing warehouse or logistics teams
- Proficiency with cycle counting processes and inventory management best practices
It is a plus if you also:
- SAP experience in warehouse or materials management modules
- Material handling equipment certification or operational knowledge
- Experience generating and analyzing KPI reports to drive warehouse performance

The salary range for this position is $74,300-$107,970 (exempt). Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of Peerless Grundfos’s total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. Peerless Grundfos salary rates are benchmarked and reflect the target for new hire salaries for the position in Indianapolis, Indiana.
