Warehouse Coordinator

As our new Warehouse Coordinator, you will be coordinating daily warehouse activities — from receiving and inventory management to shipping — while collaborating with planning, production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution. This position reports directly to our Warehouse Supervisor and is based in Brookshire, Texas operating on-site daily.

 

What you will be doing

 

As a key part of the Supply Chain & Logistics team, you'll create impact by Driving inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and cost reduction across warehouse operations to support Grundfos's growth strategy in the US market.

 

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping while completing all related SAP transactions.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and system updates, and investigate and resolve discrepancies or shortages.
  • Review work orders, pick lists, sales orders, and shipping documentation to prioritize workload and ensure order accuracy.
  • Track and report key warehouse metrics including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and picking productivity.
  • Identify and implement cost reduction measures and process improvements across warehouse operations and SAP workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, DOT regulations for hazardous materials, and environmental procedures for waste disposal and material handling.

What makes you a great fit

 

Above all, you are an organized, self-directed warehouse professional with strong SAP skills, a keen eye for inventory accuracy, and the ability to motivate teams while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. We would also imagine that you have:

  • High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience in a computerized environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled factory environment, sit or stand for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

 

It is a plus if you also have:

  • Experience with DOT regulations for hazardous materials transportation and handling.
  • Background in lean warehousing, continuous improvement, or cost reduction initiatives.
  • Experience testing and implementing new SAP functionalities.

 

Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. The salary range for this position is $23 to $30 USD hourly. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of Grundfos’s total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. Certain roles are eligible to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization.
