Technical Support Specialist - CSSC Back Office (Water Utility Division)
Job Description

Are you ready to make an impact by delivering world-class customer service and technical expertise? Join our dynamic CSSC Back Office team within the Water Utility (WU) division and help us provide timely, effective solutions to our customers.

 

 What you will do

 

✅ Provide technical assistance on product sizing, applications, system solutions, accessories, installations, and pricing.
✅ Support sales teams with tenders and projects—dimensions, specifications, calculations, delivery times, and maintenance.
✅ Identify value-added services and strengthen customer relationships.
✅ Spot business opportunities and hand them over to external sales.

 

What we are looking for

 

✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience).
✔ 2+ years in Customer Service with strong organizational skills.
✔ SAP (CRM/SD) and MS Office proficiency.
✔ Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
✔ Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
✔ Strong knowledge of electric panels and motors, with experience in permanent magnet

    synchronous motors (PMSM) and their control methods.
