As our new Senior Sales Engineer, Industrial Applications (IND), you will combine technical expertise and commercial acumen to identify new opportunities, advise customers on optimal Grundfos solutions, and execute effective sales strategies across industrial segments.

What you will be doing
As part of the Industrial Sales team, you will drive revenue growth and strengthen customer partnerships by delivering tailored pumping solutions that enhance efficiency and sustainability.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and assess new business opportunities using Grundfos products and services
- Execute sales plans aligned with strategy, leveraging SAP BW for analysis and forecasting
- Advise customers, consultants, dealers, and contractors on products and system solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies, providing actionable insights
- Deliver product and application training to customers and internal teams
- Coach junior colleagues and maintain accurate CRM and customer data
What makes you a great fit
You are a technically strong sales professional with solid industrial market knowledge, stakeholder influence skills, and a proven ability to translate complex needs into solutions.
We expect:
- Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in industrial sales, ideally in a large manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of sales processes, systems, and regulations
- Solid technical expertise in product applications and system solutions
Nice to have:
- Experience with SAP BW or similar tools
- Background in pumps or fluid handling
- Experience mentoring junior colleagues

The indicative gross annual salary for this role ranges between EUR 46.000 and EUR 72.000, depending on experience, skills, and market benchmarks. A competitive total rewards package, including bonuses and benefits, is also provided.
