• European team: you will work in a multicultural environment, collaborating with colleagues from various European countries.
• Direct reporting to a manager based in Germany
• Willingness to travel to countries within the team’s scope

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle commercial and technical inquiries via email, phone, live chat
• Create technical and commercial offers
• Support the Order-to-Delivery process
• Promote digital tools to customers
• Identify new business opportunities
