We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Industrial (IND) team and help us deliver high-impact projects across Southern Europe. If you’re passionate about engineering excellence and thrive in dynamic environments, this could be your next big move.

 

Location: Spain or Italy

Reports to: Manager Project Delivery, IND, Europe

 

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of complex industrial projects from start to finish. Your mission will be to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships and technical leadership.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-complexity projects using Grundfos systems and processes
  • Coordinate on-site activities with customers and subcontractors
  • Manage project scope, schedule, resources, costs, and risks
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, QA/QC, Health & Safety, and performance standards
  • Act as the main technical and customer-facing contact throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support proposal teams with project evaluations and risk assessments
  • Report on project financials and compile lessons learned
  • Oversee logistics and workshop activities when needed
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure timely payments

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering and Project Management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a large international company
  • Fluent in English, Spanish and/ or Italian; other European languages are a plus
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
  • Strong technical knowledge of pumps, dosing, and disinfection systems
  • Experience in contract management and cross-functional project coordination
  • Familiarity with CRM, SAP PS/BW, MS Office, project management tools, and CAD
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Willingness to travel as part of the role
