Sales Assistant, CBS - INDO & SSA
Job Description

What is the job about?

 

Support of the Area sales director / sales managers in INDO+SSA region CBS

 

Main responsibilities:

 

  • Support of the Sales Management:
    You will work closely with the sales management INDO+SSA team and support them in administrative, organizational, and operational tasks across INDO & SSA countries.

  • Interface to Marketing:
    You will act as the central contact person between the sales and marketing departments, coordinate their collaboration, and assist in the implementation of joint projects.

  • Event Organization:
    Plan, organize, and follow up on small-scale events such as meetings, customer events, and sales-related events.

  • Organization and Planning of Internal Sales Meetings:
    Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on internal sales meetings, including agenda creation and minute-taking.

  • Travel Expense Reporting:
    Prepare and review travel expense reports for the sales management and your own travel in compliance with company guidelines.

  • Vendor Master Data Maintenance and Purchase Orders in SAP:
    Maintain and update supplier data in SAP, as well as create and process purchase orders.

  • Administrative Tasks:
    Prepare presentations, reports, and analyses, coordinate appointments, and manage general office administration.

 

Your Background:

 

  • University Bachelor degree as educational qualification & a relevant professional experience to the specialized knowledge more than 5 years
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with SAP.
  • Good written and spoken English; additional language skills like Hindi & any regional languages are an advantage.
  • (SAP) CRM: Good knowledge
  • High degree of discretion, reliability and ability to work in a team.
