What is the job about?
Are you the kind of person who spots a typo from across the room? Do you dream in XML and wake up thinking about DITA? If you’re passionate about making technical content clear, consistent, and user-friendly, we want you on our team!
As a Senior Technical Editor at Grundfos, you’ll be the linguistic wizard behind our technical documentation.
You’ll help shape how we communicate with the world—ensuring our content is not only accurate but also accessible, inclusive, and downright delightful to read.

- Optimize language quality in technical documentation (because “readable” is the new “revolutionary”).
- Develop and maintain style guides and writing guidelines for different audiences.
- Manage technical terminology like a boss.
- Identify opportunities for single sourcing (DITA fans, this is your moment!).
- Collaborate with editors, engineers, proofreaders, and translation agencies.
- Represent the voice of the end user—because they matter most.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing communities (yes, we’re nerdy and proud).
Your background:
- A degree in English, technical communication, or a related field (bonus points for a master’s!).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role i.e. in technical writing, technical communication etc.
- Familiarity with translation software and terminology management tools.
- A love for details, standards, and structured content.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, and web tech.
- Good understanding of topic-based authoring, XML, DITA, content delivery, language quality, terminology, and localization processes
- Experience with tools like Oxygen XML Editor or Adobe Experience Manager (Or other CCMS).
- A knack for topic-based authoring and content delivery processes.
- Fluency in English (both written and oral)
