Senior HR Consultant (Senior HR Business Partner)

Your primary tasks involve but not limited to:

  • Trusted and challenging HR advisor for managers and employees
  • Support the implementation of HR Yearly Cycle in the plant in strong cooperation with HR & plant management
  • Manage compensation and benefits related topics; provides support and guidance to managers and employees
  • Support budget creation and ensure it’s follow up
  • Collaborate with managers to boost performance and retention
  • Responsible to drive talent management processes  
  • Manage organizational development and changes
  • Be accountable for the site (indirect) recruitment process; Help in aligning recruitment needs with people managers and integrate new colleagues into the organization
  • Provide input and guidance on local HR processes
  • Work closely together with local and global HR team 
  • Be opened for local and international HR project participation
  • Understand the production, their needs and be essential part of local management team
  • Support HR Manager in different group and/or local HR projects
  • Possibility: responsible for a professional area in HR 


What do you need to apply?

  • BA or MSC degree (preferred in HR field)
  • Minimum 5-8 years’ of experience working with wide range of HR tasks
  • Work experience at multinational company (manufacturing company would be beneficial)
  • Fluent in English
  • Good understanding and knowledge of development methods
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical thinking
  • Outstanding planning and organizational skills
  • Driving license
  • Willingness to commute between 2 locations, 1 day/ week (Székesfehérvár and Tatabánya)
