What is the job about?  

• Being part of new motor equipments delivery for large development projects (DP) & Production localization as Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) functional representative. 
• Responsible for equipments delivery from idea phase until handover to production 
• Drive smaller projects for new equipments or new technology introduction (NEI, NTI). 
• Support of motor production processes globally  
• Collaborate ME, Development and Suppliers in these activities above 
• Implement new processes, equipment and technologies in AME & Production companies, being part of innovation activities 

What do you need to apply? 

• B.Sc. within mechanical engineering (or similar) with 5-10 years of expirience within in a production unit 
• Proven knowledge of motor or rotor production is an advantage 
• Experience within quality work/process/improvements in production 
• Experience in working with modules 
• The work environment is international and you must be prepared for web based forums and some travel activities (mainly Hungary, USA, Mexico, Germany and Denmark). It is expected around 60 days of travelling per year. 
• Fluent English skills in writing and speaking 
• Can-do attitude 
• Good communication skills, communication with relevant stakeholders  
• Self-development driven
