Senior CI Specialist
Job Description

Your primary tasks involve but not limited to:

 

• Coordinate all aspects of complex Continuous Improvement projects from inception to

completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

• Provide Lean expertise and support factory management using tools such as QRQC, VSM,

Lean Line Design, TOP10 tools, and GPS (Grundfos Production System).

• Actively participate in the digitalization journey, serving as an ambassador and super user for

new digital tools.

• Develop and implement CI plans at the factory level, estimating costs, resources, and time

required for project phases and monitoring activities to achieve targets.

• Lead CI meetings, Kaizen Workshops (KWS), Step Change projects, and prepare regular

reports to communicate project status internally and externally.

• Lead local GPS projects and motivate production team members to establish a culture of

continuous improvement.

 

What do you need to apply?

 

• Master’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree

• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools, with a high-level knowledge of Power BI/Power Apps.

• Industry experience within a business environment, primarily in large manufacturing

settings.

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience.

• Strong influencing skills and the ability to motivate others.

• Proficiency in English.
