Job Description

What is the job about?

Are you ready to innovate and lead within production technology? Join us as a Painting Engineer and play a key role in standardizing production processes and defining production standard times (routings). At Grundfos, you’ll collaborate with a diverse team and contribute to pioneering sustainable solutions.

 

Your main responsibilities:

- Maintain production processes of the area to improve productivity

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems to minimize reject levels.

- Preparation of documentation related to error analysis and evaluate test results.

- Precise definition of production technology, standardization in the form of work and control instructions.

- Determination of production standard times (routings).

- Monitoring the technical condition of machine(s) and prepare improvement/investment strategy.

- Training of peers/technicians, ensuring high-quality output and support.

- Definition and standardization of production technology, determination of production standard times (routings).

 

Your background:

We imagine that you have:

- A degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

- Preferably 3-5 years of relevant work, but we will also consider fresh graduates' applications.

- Experience in painting technology is an advantage.

- Proficiency in English for verbal and written communication in an international team.

- Experience with SAP and daily usage of MS Office programs.

- Ability to lead processes or projects and influence others effectively.

- Knowledge of best practices in production processes and operations.
