We are looking for a proactive and strategic Lead Finance Business Partner to join our Group Finance Team and plant management team.
In this key role, you will act as the primary Finance representative, driving financial performance, supporting decision-making, and ensuring strong alignment with the company’s overall strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Finance representative and single point of contact for the performance unit.
- Support and challenge the management team in defining and executing business plans.
- Provide forward‑looking financial insights for strategic and tactical decision‑making.
- Lead the financial planning cycle, including budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and deliver high‑quality decision support.
- Ensure financial value creation aligned with Group profitability and strategy.
- Define, monitor, and follow up on key KPIs; drive corrective actions where needed.
- Strengthen financial acumen across the performance unit and promote end‑to‑end financial understanding.
- Drive or support strategic projects and initiatives within the performance unit.
- Lead financial collaboration with FP&A, Shared Services, and Compliance, including coaching and development.
We imagine that You have
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Approximately 5 - 6+ years of relevant experience, ideally in an Operations environment.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, preferably in a Finance Business Partnering setup.
- Strong understanding of operations and performance management; experience with supply chain and inventory management is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and confidence to influence senior decision-makers.
