Distribution Complaint Coordinator

As our new Distribution Complaints Coordinator, you will be coordinating and resolving distribution-related complaints across the EMEA region, ensuring timely root cause analysis and driving continuous improvement in our logistics operations. What will you be doing?

 

As a key part of the Group Logistics Operations EMEA team, you'll create impact by Driving measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and operational reliability by ensuring every distribution complaint is resolved efficiently and prevents recurrence.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end handling of distribution and shipping complaints, from registration through investigation to resolution and closure
  • Collaborating with logistics service providers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Tracking and analyzing complaint data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Coordinating with customer service, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure timely communication and resolution for affected customers
  • Maintaining accurate complaint records and reporting dashboards, providing regular updates to the Director of Group Logistics Operations EMEA
  • Supporting the development and implementation of preventive measures to reduce complaint volumes and improve delivery performance

 

What makes you a great fit?

 

Above all, you are a detail-oriented logistics professional with strong analytical and communication skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and driving resolution in a fast-paced supply chain environment. We would also imagine that you have:

  • 3 to 5 years' of experience in logistics, supply chain, or complaints/claims management
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams and external partners to drive issue resolution

It is a plus if you also have:

  • Experience with complaint management tools or quality management systems
  • Knowledge of transportation and distribution processes within EMEA markets
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
