🌟 Your Role

As an Advanced Supplier Quality Technician, you will support the communication and coordination of Engineering Change Master (ECM) processes with direct material suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate data handling across systems.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Supplier Communication

• Share doc.gr. 29 documentation with assigned suppliers
• Communicate ECM content (excluding confidential internal details)
• Actively seek and manage supplier feedback within deadlines

Data Governance

• Maintain accurate records in SAP, Ariba, and Extranet
• Ensure local data storage is up to date

Escalation Management

• Escalate non-responses or ECM rejections to GP

Additional Tasks

• Drive continuous process improvements
• Support cross-functional projects
• Perform tasks assigned by your direct superior

📚 Qualifications

• Up to 2 years of experience in administration, purchasing, or quality
• Apprenticeship or associate degree (region-dependent)
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• SAP knowledge and strong MS Office skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Willingness to travel when required
