We are a diverse team responsible for promoting and securing a comprehensive portfolio of Grundfos products and services for customers within the industry division. Daily, we are in close dialogue with wholesalers, installers, consultants, and other technical personnel with our clients as trusted business partners.  

 

To ensure effective sales experience, we collaborate closely with other departments in Grundfos. Due to a valuable learning heritage, we act on behalf of global standards adapting them to a local context.  

 

As a Product Compliance Specialist for Commercial Building Services, you will be responsible for the products and solutions that meet local compliance obligations in all relevant compliance areas by obtaining and maintaining local approvals/certification. Additionally, secure efficient monitoring of new or changed product compliance obligations and ensure that the Grundfos organization (Division & Group stakeholders) is informed, the potential business impact, and the process to secure compliance is understood. This role will be based either in the Miaoli or Taichung office in a one-year employment contract.

 

You will be responsible for the following:

 

  • Identify and communicate the mandatory regulatory product compliance demands, including any need for product approval and certification for the country in scope. 
  • Monitor local product regulations to secure full transparency regarding existing, changed, or new product compliance obligations at the national/local level.
  • Implement Product Compliance Frameworks (according to the Product Compliance Management Process) for new or changed regulations related to local product compliance obligations.
  • Support the local product approval/certification process in close collaboration with internal and external (i.e., national certification bodies) stakeholders.
  • Ensure contact with local regulators/3rd party approval agencies (with insight into the contractual agreements as needed.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor in business or engineering combined with at least 3 years of relevant experience from a large international company working in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of local regulations and compliance obligations.
  • Experience working with external approval agencies.
  • Experience working with approvals and type testing.
  • Project management skills to run local approval processes.
  • Ability to plan activities in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders across the full value chain.
  • Interest in local regulations and regulative processes.
  • Understanding of the Grundfos business, associated processes, and products & and offerings portfolio.
  • Experienced IT skills, including SAP.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese language.
  • Good project management skills, proactive, organized, and determined to get things done.
