As our new Senior Key Account Manager, OEM - East Asia, you will be managing and growing key OEM accounts across East Asia, developing deep customer relationships and delivering tailored solutions that integrate Grundfos pumps and systems into OEM equipment platforms. What you will be doing

As a key part of the OEM Key Account Management, East Asia team, you'll create impact by Driving strategic OEM partnerships that expand Grundfos's market presence across East Asia while delivering innovative, sustainable water and liquid handling solutions to our customers' end users..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for key OEM customers across the East Asia region, driving revenue growth and market share
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with OEM decision-makers, understanding their product roadmaps and aligning Grundfos solutions accordingly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and supply chain to deliver customized OEM solutions
  • Identify new OEM business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to proactively position Grundfos as the preferred pump and system partner
  • Coordinate with regional sales teams to ensure seamless execution of OEM agreements and consistent customer experience across markets

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a results-driven key account professional with deep expertise in industrial equipment sales, strong cross-cultural communication skills, and a proven track record of managing complex OEM relationships across East Asian markets. We would also imagine that you have:

  • 8+ years of front-line B2B sales experience in pumps, liquid handling equipment, or related industrial products
  • Proven track record of managing and growing key OEM accounts with demonstrated revenue results
  • Strong understanding of OEM business models, technical solution selling, and contract negotiation
  • Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese or another East Asian language is required

It is a plus if you also:

  • Knowledge of water treatment applications and emerging digitalization trends in industrial equipment
  • Experience with control applications, system integration, or consultancy in liquid handling solutions
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business, or a related field

You'll also be available for travelling up to 80 days per year.
