Project Coordinator
Job Description

As our new Project Coordinator, you will be supporting the delivery of projects by coordinating schedules, maintaining documentation, organizing meetings, tracking tasks and budgets, and ensuring project activities run smoothly across stakeholders.

 

What you will be doing

 

As a key part of the Project Management team, you'll create impact by driving project execution excellence that keeps critical initiatives moving forward on time and within scope.

Your main responsibilities include:

 

  • Maintain and update project documentation, registers, forecasts and systems
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes
  • Track tasks, milestones and action items, follow up on overdue items
  • Identify and resolve operational problems or escalate them promptly to minimise delays
  • Conduct project meetings and prepare reports for stakeholders

 

What makes you a great fit

 

 

Above all, you are an organized and proactive coordinator with hands-on project experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving simultaneously. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in project coordination or a similar administrator role
  • Solid understanding of project coordination best practices, processes, and tools
  • Ability to multitask in fast paced environments
  • A proactive and motivated individual who excels in managing a delegated workload, demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks efficiently and effectively.  

 

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience using SAP and Jira
  • Exposure to supporting key business initiatives or leading minor projects
  • Knowledge of the industry, market, and business environment relevant to Grundfos
