Senior CSSC Frontline specialist
Job Description

What’s the job about:

Receiving and processing written sales orders, handling purchase orders. Providing information regarding prices and deadlines according to the established guidelines.

 

Key Responsibility:

  • Responsible for checking and improving the contractual terms of Extranet orders, campaigns and promotions
  • Responsible for following confirmed delivery deadlines to ensure timely deliveries in cooperation with the DC
  • Responsible for handing customer complaints

 

Main tasks:

  • Recording, unblocking and tracking incoming orders
  • Recording and tracking purchase and project orders
  • Arranging delivery and freight orders
  • Manual invoicing
  • Comprehensive handling of customer complaints
  • Item master maintenance

 

Your background:

  • University/college degree is an advantage but not a requirement
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in the field of logistics
  • User level knowledge of MS Office
  • English language knowledge
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
  • Evaluation and analysis skills
  • Cooperation skills
  • Customer orientation
