As our new Senior CSSC Frontline Representative, you will be serving as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, and technical support with expertise and efficiency while driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Customer Sales & Service Centre (CSSC) team, you'll create impact by Delivering outstanding frontline support that strengthens customer relationships and drives commercial growth across Grundfos markets..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Handle complex customer inquiries including order management, pricing, product selection, and technical support
  • Process and manage customer orders end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to drive revenue growth during customer interactions
  • Mentor and support junior frontline representatives, sharing best practices and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and technical teams to resolve escalated customer issues efficiently
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality and operational efficiency

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a customer-focused professional with strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume service environment. We would also imagine that you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or order management in a B2B environment
  • Native Hungarian language skills, conversational level in English
  • Strong proficiency in ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and handle complex customer requests

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience in the pump industry, HVAC, or water technology sector
  • Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes
  • Fluency in additional languages relevant to the market
