Senior CSSC Front Line Representative
Job Description

As a  Dutch speaking Front Line Representative, you’ll be the trusted partner for our customers and sales teams, providing expert guidance and ensuring smooth, timely resolution of inquiries. You’ll work across multiple channels - digital, telephony, email, and live chat - delivering outstanding service while supporting our sustainability-driven solutions.

 

What you will be doing

  • Leverage broad knowledge and technical expertise to resolve customer inquiries and determine next steps in line with defined business processes
  • Provide timely and accurate quotations, technical guidance, and order entry support to customers and sales teams
  • Act as the primary point of support for escalated inquiries related to the Order-to-Delivery process and associated tools
  • Create and manage tickets to track and document inquiries, or escalate them to relevant teams (e.g., RFIs, RFQs, OEW, CIC Logistics, and related cases)
  • Deliver standard pricing and delivery information in a clear and consistent manner
  • Identify potential business opportunities and collaborate with appropriate sales teams for follow-up
  • Execute order fulfillment activities for both daily and project-based sales
  • Manage customer order modifications (lead times, shipping terms, quantities, postponements, cancellations, etc.) in coordination with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
  • Record and handle customer complaints, including product return requests
  • Promote and support the use of digital customer tools (e.g., GPC, MyGrundfos, Extranet)
  • Identify opportunities for internal process improvements and efficiency gains
  • Support additional tasks and projects as assigned by leadership

 

What makes you a great fit

  • Strong communication skills in Dutch
  • Solid understanding of Technical Product Support and commercial aspects
  • Proficiency in SAP C4C, SAP SD, and SAP MM systems
  • Experience in multi-channel customer communication (phone, email, chat)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain)
  • Skilled in customer issue resolution, complaint handling, and escalation management
  • Knowledge of order management and fulfillment processes
