As an Insight Sales Specialist, you’ll be the trusted partner for our customers and sales teams, providing expert guidance and ensuring smooth, timely resolution of inquiries. You’ll work across multiple channels - digital, telephony, email, and live chat - delivering outstanding service while supporting our sustainability-driven solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide commercial and technical advice, prepare quotations, and support external sales partners.
  • Handle complex inquiries, manage RFIs, RFQs, and RFOs, and create technical and commercial offers.
  • Maintain customer data in SAP C4C, follow up on interactions within SLA, and raise internal support tickets.
  • Assist customers with product and technical support, supply chain issues, and promote digital tools.
  • Coordinate customer complaints, returns, and escalations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, sharing process and system knowledge within the team.

 

Qualifications 

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (3 - 5 years).
  • Solid understanding of Customer Service principles and a sense of accountability for delivering an excellent customer experience.
  • Ability to navigate business structures, understand products, and anticipate key market needs.
  • Technical knowledge of pumps and applications is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English or in German/ French/ Italian/ Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills in English (and local language).
  • Experience with SAP CRM/SD/MM and customer service software is a plus.
