What is the job about?

As a CSSC Application Engineer, you will process incoming customer requests from a technical/engineering perspective. You will handle requests related to special variants, compile technical quotations, perform price calculations, and provide technical consultations and support to customers. Your role will involve close cooperation and communication with sales engineers and product responsible engineers to prepare accurate and comprehensive quotations.

Your main responsibilities:

• Process incoming customer requests from a technical/engineering perspective.
• Handle requests and demands related to special variants.
• Compile technical quotations meticulously and perform price calculations.
• Provide technical consultations, support, and advice to customers.
• Cooperate closely with sales engineers and product responsible engineers to prepare accurate and comprehensive quotations.

Your background

We imagine that you have:

• A college/university degree in a technical field.
• 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in building engineering or technical sales.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Basic or intermediate knowledge of English.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Evaluation and analytical skills.
• Cooperation skills.
• A customer-centric approach.
