Talent Acquisition Recruiter

 

 

to be part of our global Talent Acquisition team. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, Talent Acquisition in Central& East Europe you will join a global team of experienced recruiters and get a fantastic opportunity to work and develop your skills in a truly global environment.

 

What is the job about?

Located in Székesfehérvár, Hungary your primary task is to drive recruitments from a-z, find the right candidates, and support Hiring Managers locally and across Europe.

 

You will collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand the business needs and define the recruitment plan and strategy for each vacancy - ensuring that high quality is delivered on all recruitments.

 

Moreover, by utilising our first-class recruitment system and tools, you will handle the entire recruitment process to:

  • Attract and source both active and passive candidates using creative search techniques i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Screen and interview candidates against required skills and competencies - phone and face-to-face
  • Deliver high quality candidates to Hiring Managers in a timely manner
  • Be a trusted advisor for the business in all attraction related topics
  • Provide support in salary negotiations and the final contract negotiation, including salary negotiations and alignment with Grundfos´ overall compensation and benefit policies
  • Conduct personality testing
  • Being a trusted advisor for the business in all attraction related topics

 

 

 

What do you need to apply?

You hold a Bachelor´s or Master´s Degree in relevant business fields. We imagine that you have minimum 3-5 years of experience either from an external recruitment agency or a similar position in a corporate environment. Besides this:

 

  • A creative approach and experience in sourcing by using a range of techniques e.g. vis LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Fluent in English both written and oral part
  • Ability to build trust and interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to handle confidential and personal information with the utmost integrity
  • Results orientated approach and experience within a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence to encourage Hiring Managers to 'think outside the square'
  • Desirably experience working with a Recruitment candidate management system
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

 

As a person, you are outgoing, service-minded and you know how to build trust and interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. You are team-oriented, and you can handle and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously with a sense of urgency. Moreover, you are result-oriented and have a can-do attitude. Finally, you possess a good business understanding and you like working in a fast-changing environment.
