IND Senior Supply Chain Specialist
Job Description

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction through seamless supply chain execution? 

 

Join our global team and play a key role in delivering high-quality industrial (IND) products from order to delivery.

As IND Senior Supply Chain Specialist you will be anchored in our Industry Division and will be a member of the IND Supply Planning Team.

 

Your main responsabilities: 

  • Ensure customer needs are met by coordinating with our Plants and Distribution Centers (DCs).
  • Analyze weekly and monthly trends in sales, production, and inventory to identify gaps and propose corrective actions.
  • Lead and execute supply chain improvement projects.
  • Collaborate globally with Sales, Plants, DCs, and support functions to enhance operational performance.
  • Support footprint and sourcing initiatives.
  • Develop reporting tools to visualize performance for dosing solutions.
  • Manage product ramp-ups and ramp-downs in coordination with manufacturing.
  • Monitor daily execution of supply plans and drive mitigation actions.
  • Handle customer escalations with professionalism and urgency.


Your background:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain within a multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain concepts and global business dynamics.
  • Proficiency in SAP and excellent command of English.
  • Analytical, structured, and fact-based decision-making skills.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and communication abilities.
  • Adaptability and persistence in following through on plans and actions.
  • A collaborative mindset with a customer-centric approach.
