What is the job about?
In this role, you will contribute to the business growth and technical leadership of Grundfos products by actively driving and supporting the SCRUM team's deliveries. You’ll be empowered to apply your technical and engineering expertise while also leveraging your facilitation and coordination skills to achieve impactful results.

Your main responsibilities:
· Drive complicated PLM tasks towards committed deadline, quality &cost.
· Define and transfer customer needs into specific technical specifications and solution
· Make products development planning according to project and maintenance task demand
· Component design including 3D/2D drawings in Catia
· Take part in the activities of supplier selection or audit
· Define products verification plan and follow up
· Contribute to DFMEA/DFA
· Technical material preparation (Product data, BOMs, Design journal, etc.)
· Support PoC (Point of Contact) and system engineer on other assigned tasks
· Coach junior engineer to build up their competency
· Work as technical spearhead within the specific area who demonstrate strong collaborative and communicative behaviour at all time.
Your background:
We imagine that you have:
· Bachelor’s degree or above with Mechanical/Industrial engineering/Fluid machinery major technical knowledge with product development
· 5~8 years mechanical design experience in related fields. Application knowledge on Boosting, Heating or Cooling is a strong plus.
· Proficient English – verbal and written
· Understanding Agile principles
· Proficient user of 2D/3D CAD tools—Catia is preferred
· Rich experience on GD&T (Geometry Dimensioning & Tolerancing) or GPS(Geometrical Product Specification)
· Proactively and have strong sense of ownership to the assigned tasks. Accountable for results – and the drive to get things done, without losing your eye for details and quality
