Senior Engineer, Quality and Process Compliance
Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Engineer, Quality & Process Compliance to drive ISO‑related processes and strengthen compliance performance across the organization.

 

In this role, you will support the effective operation of our Integrated Management System (IMS), plan and execute audits, effectively operate document management and certificate management processes, and contribute to building compliance capabilities throughout the company. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role with wide collaboration across entities, divisions, and group functions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate internal and external audits in line with the corporate audit strategy.
  • Execute assigned audits within ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and, where relevant, ISO 50001.
  • Ensure effective handling of non‑conformities and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead the governance and reporting of the annual audit programme.
  • Support entities and group functions in improving ISO readiness and compliance performance.
  • Drive Management Review process, including preparation, coordination, documentation, and support for Group and Divisional Management Reviews.
  • Manage the documentation lifecycle within the IMS, ensuring controlled, compliant, and regularly reviewed documentation.
  • Guide stakeholders on document structure, versioning, accessibility, and retention rules.
  • Maintain an overview of ISO and related certificates, ensuring timely renewals and multi‑site audit coordination.
  • Support integration of new entities into the multi‑site certification system.
  • Drive continuous improvement of compliance processes using structured problem‑solving and lean methodologies.
  • Develop and deliver training to strengthen compliance competencies.
  • Lead professional networks to align practices and enable knowledge sharing across the organization.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years’ experience in quality assurance, compliance, or a similar discipline.
  • Strong understanding of ISO management system standards and QMS processes.
  • Experience planning, executing, or supporting corporate/internal audits.
  • ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 Auditor certification required (ISO/IEC 27001 preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
  • Experience with continuous improvement, structured problem‑solving, and lean methodologies.
