Senior Electrical Engineer
Location: Székesfehérvár, Hungary
Reports to: Senior Head of CSU Strategy and COE
About the Role
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will connect local engineering, product management, product development, sales and our customers. Your role is crucial for the successful development, implementation, and support of the production of our boosters in the plant in Székesfehérvár. You will offer advanced technical support to our sales and production employees, focusing on specific product variants in your region.
Key Responsibilities
• Offer in-depth technical assistance to resolve complex product-related issues and find solutions for specific tailored product variants according to customer wishes
• Help resolve product-related issues and support local teams with technical know-how.
• Develop, maintain and update technical documentation (e.g., specifications, manuals).
• Engage with key customers to understand their technical requirements and ensure our products meet their expectations.
• Support sales and production teams with technical input when needed.
• Respond to technical requests clearly and promptly.
• Identify opportunities for product and process improvements, leveraging customer feedback and market research to drive innovation.
• Ensure all products and technical solutions comply with relevant industry standards and regulations as well as our quality standards.
• Present technical topics to colleagues and customers when required.
• Work in a cross-divisional network with colleagues of different cultures all around the globe.
What We’re Looking For
• Degree in Engineering or a related field (Bachelor’s required, Master’s is a plus).
• Experience in a technical role, ideally in manufacturing or engineering.
• Ability to read and create wiring diagrams (e.g., using ePlan or similar tools).
• Proficient in using E CAD systems or 3 D C AD modelling (Experience with Electrical Schematics and wiring diagrams of control panels or control panels is a plus)
• Knowledge in Norms and regulations for Systems and Controls (EN60204, EN61439)
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written as you will have colleagues and customers across the world
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe (up to 15%).
Nice to Have
• Experience with 3D modeling of control cabinets (e.g., ePlan Pro Panel).
• Familiarity with industry norms and regulations (can be learned on the job).
• Experience working in cross-functional or international teams.
