Senior EHS Manager
Job Description

Are you passionate about driving EHS excellence and engaging stakeholders across a global organization? 

As our new Divisional Senior EHS Manager, CBS Division you will shape the EHS agenda across the division, influence leaders, coach local EHS professionals, and help turn Grundfos’ EHS and sustainability ambitions into action.

What you will be doing

As part of the Group Environment, Health & Safety (GEHS) team, you’ll create impact by coaching leaders and EHS professionals, building organizational capability, and driving EHS excellence to keep colleagues safe, reduce environmental impact, and support a more sustainable business.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Influence, coach, and challenge Divisional Leadership to drive the EHS agenda, priorities, and informed decision-making.
  • Coach and spar with local EHS managers to strengthen capabilities, performance, and best-practice sharing.
  • Set and consolidate divisional EHS targets, prioritize investments, and monitor KPIs and trends to drive improvement.
  • Enable implementation of Group programs and projects including ISO 14001/45001 systems, and EHS maturity improvements.
  • Partner with Human Resources, Quality and Business Systems, Sustainability, and Country teams in the CBS Devision to align and strengthen EHS priorities.
  • Ensure two way communication from Devision to Group EHS and visa versa to ensure scoping of new programs, project and improvememt initatives in line with business needs.

You can influence without direct authority and turn strategic ambitions into tangible improvements.

We’d also imagine that you have:

  • A Master’s Degree or equivalent and 7+ years of relevant EHS experience in a complex, global business environment.
  • A strong professional EHS foundation and the credibility to advise, challenge, and spar with leaders and EHS professionals.
  • Experience operating and collaborating in hybrid matrix organization.
  • Experience deploying EHS strategies across multiple sites and strong stakeholder management, coaching, and communication skills, combined with advanced English proficiency.

It’s a plus if you also have:

  • Experience with Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) principles.
  • Strong cultural understanding and experience working across diverse global regions.
