As our new Senior CI Engineer, you will be spearheading continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and logistics operations, leading Kaizen workshops, and driving measurable KPI improvements at our production facility. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Continuous Improvement team, you'll create impact by Leading lean process improvements and Kaizen activities that directly elevate our Grundfos Production System to the next level while building a culture of operational excellence..
Your main responsibilities include:
- Identify, analyze, and eliminate process waste across manufacturing and logistics using lean methodology
- Lead and facilitate Kaizen workshops with cross-functional teams of 5-10 people to drive sustainable improvements
- Prepare for and achieve GPS (Grundfos Production System) 3-star assessment through systematic process optimization
- Develop dashboards and reports to track KPI improvements and visualize production results in real time
- Collaborate extensively with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and other functions to implement and sustain process improvements
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a hands-on lean practitioner with strong facilitation skills, a manufacturing background, and the independence to drive change across an entire organization. We would also imagine that you have:
- Engineering or technical management degree (Bachelor's or Master's level)
- 5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement/Lean within a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to lead Kaizen workshops and mobilize cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in English
It is a plus if you also:
- Experience with digital reporting tools such as Power BI, including building dashboards that integrate with SAP
- Knowledge of logistics processes including warehouse operations, production logistics, and SAP logistics modules
- Experience building SAP-based queries and data visualizations for production KPI tracking
