What is the job about?
The Scrum Master is a servant-leader who guides and coaches the teams to continuously improve processes, collaboration, and wellbeing so they can deliver continuous value. He/she is responsible for promoting and supporting an agile way of working by helping everyone understand agile theory, practices, mindset, and values.
You will join the great team, that includes numerous qualified and dedicated engineers and technicians primarily placed in Hungary, Denmark, India and Germany and organized in agile, cross-functional teams. You will report to the Head of Dosing and Disinfection Mikkel Børlum Petersen.
Your main responsibilities:
- Coaching the PLM Team in self-organization and cross-functionality. Being cognizant about team health and guide the team to ensure they continuously improve the way of working.
- Supporting and educating the PLM Team in backlog arrangement and practicing agility.
- Facilitating Scrum events, workshops or performing trainings as requested or needed.
- Removing impediments to the PLM Team’s effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with teams, stakeholders and the other Scrum Masters to cause and manage change in the organization.
Your background:
We imagine that you have:
- Experience working in an agile team and beginner or limited leadership experience.
- A self-understanding as both an agile leader and agile coach with an open mindset.
- Certified as Scrum master or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps or other product management tool.
- Advanced communication skills both orally and in written English.
- A minimum of 2 onsite days per week.
