What is the job about?

You will join our global Research & Development unit in Székesfehérvár, Hungary. Your Scrum Team is part of the Domestic Building Services division, which has the full end-to-end responsibility for our domestic pumps for residential use. The team is responsible for the domestic waste-water pump portfolio with team members in Hungary, Germany and Denmark 

In your role as Scrum Master you will act as true leader serving the team and organisation by guiding and coaching them to continuously improve their way of working. You help the team and organisation identify impediments and facilitate that they are removed. 

In addition to the Scrum team, you will join our Scrum Master Guild, where you will find support and sparring from Scrum Masters also working in the division. 

“This role is ideal for an excellent Scrum Master with technical interest or knowledge, who enjoys enabling colleagues to succeed. In addition to coaching your team, you are expected actively to contribute to the agile transformation in the division in collaboration with your fellow Scrum Masters and Leadership Team,” says Jørgen.

Your primary tasks involve:

•    Coaching and guiding your cross-functional Scrum team to deliver high-value products.
•    Supporting and coaching the Product Owner in product backlog management, product planning and stakeholder management.
•    Being especially focused on the team’s well-being, and help them understand how to work as a self-managed, cross-functional team.
•    Communicating with stakeholders and partners to develop and nurture an extensive network within the complete organization.
•    Working closely with other teams delivering to the same programs to remove implements for the team
•    Further developing your own skills while also learning and growing together with your fellow Scrum Masters.
•    Ensuring that all Scrum events take place.

 
What do you need to apply?

•    Certified Scrum Master or equivalent and proven experience with this or generic servant leadership is crucial to the job
•    Excellent communication skills both orally and in written English
•    Excellent facilitation skills
•    A wish to learn and grow your Scrum Masters skills
•    Capability of traveling (approximately 10 times a year)
•    Knowledge within integrated product development and/or the ability to understand technical issues is highly beneficial, but if you do not have this we will together develop it
