We are looking for an experienced Quality & Process Compliance Manager to strengthen our global ISO compliance capability and ensure that our Integrated Management System (IMS) meets all applicable standards.
In this role, you will lead our multi‑site certification system, manage global audit programs, and drive compliance capability building across the organisation. This is a strategic role with high visibility and broad cross‑functional impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the Integrated Management System complies with applicable ISO standards
- Act as primary owner of ISO 9001 compliance across the organization.
- Coordinate integration of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 17025 into the Management system in collaboration with relevant functions.
- Oversee the Quality and EHS (Environment Health and Safety) multi‑site certification system.
- Develop and maintain the corporate audit strategy; ensure effective execution of internal and external audit plan.
- Manage third‑party auditor contracts and relationships.
- Ensure effective handling of Non-conformities and Opportunity for Improvements
- Build ISO compliance capabilities across the organization through training, process improvements, and effective governance.
- Conduct gap analyses and create capability roadmaps to advance compliance maturity.
- Coordinate the Quality & Process Compliance team (informal leadership) across audits, management reviews, document management, and certification domains.
- Support M&A activities with compliance related assessments and post‑merger integration.
- Drive continuous improvement using structured problem‑solving and lean methodologies.
- Embed lessons learned into IMS to prevent recurring compliance issues.
- Collaborate with Business Process Management and OneIMS teams to ensure “built‑in compliance” in system and process design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years’ experience in Quality Management, Compliance, or Operational Excellence in a corporate or regional environment.
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience.
- Proven experience managing ISO standards (ISO 9001 required; ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 27001 highly valued).
- Strong background in multi‑site certification management and corporate audit programs.
- Solid understanding of risk‑based thinking, CAPA processes, and audit methodologies.
- Experience with QMS platforms, document control systems, and compliance dashboards.
- Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001 (ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 / ISO 27001 preferred).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to drive change through structured, fact‑based methods.
