Job Purpose 

Procurement of logistics materials to achieve defined individual and group goals. 

In this position, you will be based in Székesfehérvár and you will report to the Operations Manager.

Your Responsibilities 

• Maintain inventory levels that support production and align with factory goals. 
• Minimize extra shipping costs associated with imports. 
• Administration of supplier orders and related documentation. 
• Perform any tasks assigned by the plant manager. 
• Mentor Procurers, providing educational support and acting as an initiator in group-related tasks. 

About You 

• Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience. 
• Fluency in English. 
• Knowledge of best practices and relevant systems in administration and business/production support, preferably from a Purchasing perspective. 
• Experience in managing well-defined procurement processes. 
• Ability to lead minor processes or projects. 
• Preferably 2-3 years of similar work experience. 
• Ability to influence others and adhere to processes. 
• Experience in supporting key business initiatives.
