Job Description

Are you a motivated leader with a passion for driving team performance and operational excellence? Grundfos is looking for a Production Team Leader to guide and inspire a team of production workers in achieving outstanding results.

 

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a production team to meet performance targets in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development.
  • Develop and implement plans to maintain an efficient, productive, and harmonious work environment.
  • Select, guide, evaluate, and develop team members to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure the right mix of talent is in place and continuously trained and motivated to add value for Grundfos customers.
  • Coordinate daily production activities to meet volume, delivery, and waste reduction goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.

  • Team Building: Build and maintain effective, high-performing teams.
  • Planning & Performance: Lead annual planning and performance management processes.

🎓 Furthermore, we imagine that you:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a production environment.
  • Proven ability to lead departments, processes, or projects.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills.
  • Solid understanding of production best practices and systems.
  • Experience in driving execution and managing performance in a team setting.
  • Experience in the press area is an advantage.
