Product Development Engineer - Dosing

As a Product Development Engineer, you’ll be part of a dynamic SCRUM team, contributing to the development and maintenance of cutting-edge pump solutions that make a real difference.
What you’ll do:
- Analyze data to support product development and maintenance.
- Take ownership of daily engineering tasks that support product lines.
- Contribute to technical updates and continuous improvements.
- Prepare and maintain documentation in compliance with standards and regulations.
- Ensure technical documentation (e.g., drawings, SAP data) is accurate and up to date.
- Conduct cost analysis and support cost-reduction initiatives.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across multiple functions.
This role will be based in Székesfehervár, Hungary and will report to the Scrum Master.
What Success Looks Like
- Execution of sprint backlog tasks.
- Product quality performance (e.g., warranty metrics).
- Contribution to cost-out and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Achievement of personal critical operating tasks (COTs).
- Alignment with Grundfos Group incentive KPIs
Your background:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in product development.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Understanding of Agile principles and SCRUM methodology.
- Experience with tools such as: 3D CAD (preferably Catia), Simulation tools (e.g., Ansys), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Structured and detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
