Product Development Engineer - Dosing

As a Product Development Engineer, you’ll be part of a dynamic SCRUM team, contributing to the development and maintenance of cutting-edge pump solutions that make a real difference.

What you’ll do: 

• Analyze data to support product development and maintenance.
• Take ownership of daily engineering tasks that support product lines.
• Contribute to technical updates and continuous improvements.
• Prepare and maintain documentation in compliance with standards and regulations.
• Ensure technical documentation (e.g., drawings, SAP data) is accurate and up to date.
• Conduct cost analysis and support cost-reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across multiple functions.

This role will be based in Székesfehervár, Hungary and will report to the Scrum Master.

What Success Looks Like

• Execution of sprint backlog tasks.
• Product quality performance (e.g., warranty metrics).
• Contribution to cost-out and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Achievement of personal critical operating tasks (COTs).
• Alignment with Grundfos Group incentive KPIs

Your background: 

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in product development.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Understanding of Agile principles and SCRUM methodology.
• Experience with tools such as: 3D CAD (preferably Catia), Simulation tools (e.g., Ansys), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Structured and detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
