Procurement Specialist
Job Description

Join us as a Procurement  Specialist and help drive our supply chain success.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Assure on time material availability for production with the lowest cost and the right supply chain setup
  • Maintain a level of inventory that supports production and following group targets
  • Minimize extra shipping costs associated with imports
  • Administration of supplier orders and manage supplier order confirmation
  • Supplier performance review and management
  • Participation in development projects
  • Direct participation in daily operational meetings and very close collaboration with Customer key account management
  • Support supplier audits 

 

Your background:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian (written and spoken).
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes and administrative systems.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in purchasing or supply chain.
  • Ability to lead small-scale projects and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting business initiatives and driving process improvements.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Customer oriented attitude and proactive mindset.
  • Team player and good at networking.
