Leadership
Planning and CSU Manager
Job Description

Are you a solution-driven supply chain leader who thrives on balancing the complexity of high-value project deliveries with the rhythm of mass production?

Then join us in our mission to pioneer smarter solutions for moving and transforming water, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing quality of life for people.

As our new Planning and CSU Manager, you will be managing and developing a team of planners, procurers and Customer Service Engineers, driving the team across a dynamic manufacturing environment.

What you will be doing

As a core leader in the Supply Chain team, you'll create impact by stabilizing and elevating supply chain performance to ensure on-time delivery excellence across both project-based and mass production lines, directly shaping how we serve our customers.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Lead and develop a team of operational and long-term planners, procurers, and manage the activities of Customer Service engineers.
  • Driving development of daily production and supply chain KPIs just like delivery performance, order confirmation time, inventory forecasting, reporting and corrective action planning
  • Oversee operational procurement activities, managing supply base with the procurement team
  • Own long-term capacity planning and master planning processes on plant level, participating in SIOP process
  • Direct the Customer service engineering team in handling product customization and customer-specific technical requirements, managing communication with external sales teams
  • Working together with application teams and product development on local CSE related projects and developments
  • Serve as the first escalation point for supply chain issues, balancing strategic priorities between low-volume high-value projects and high-volume production

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are an adaptable, solution-oriented people leader with a strong supply chain background and the resilience to navigate complexity in a fast-changing manufacturing environment. We would also imagine that you have:

  • University degree (Bachelor's or Master's)
  • 3-5 years of people management experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Proven experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
  • Fluent English communication skills (required for participation in sales meetings)

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience in complex manufacturing settings combining project-based and mass production workflows
  • Demonstrated adaptability and an open mindset with a go-the-extra-mile attitude to problem solving

Why you will love working here

We care! Day to day, you can look forward to:

  • A working environment built around your needs, with flexible hours and parental support.
  • Annual bonuses, health insurance and a strong focus on well-being activities.
  • Three days' additional paid leave for volunteering in your community.
  • Access to on-demand training and learning sessions and carefully structured programmes to pursue personal and professional development opportunities.

We are inclusive! Celebrating and valuing our differences helps us see possibilities where others can't. We therefore welcome and encourage applications from all abilities, experiences, and backgrounds.
