Logistics, Supply Chain & Purchasing
Planning Specialist
Job Description

Short Description

Are you passionate about orchestrating supply chain plans that keep production running smoothly and customers satisfied? Join us in pioneering smarter ways to move and transform water, reduce energy use, and improve quality of life.

As our new Planner Specialist, you’ll execute supply, demand, and inventory planning activities that keep manufacturing on track — collaborating across functions to turn data into actionable plans. You’ll join a diverse, supportive, and inclusive culture that celebrates differences and puts people first through growth, well-being, and belonging.

What you will be doing

As a key part of Production Planning, you’ll drive delivery performance and operational excellence by creating feasible plans, maintaining high‑quality master data, and improving planning processes across the supply chain.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Create and maintain feasible supply, demand, and inventory plans, sharing them with relevant stakeholders

  • Participate in and drive SIOP cycle meetings with planning inputs and insights

  • Collect, analyze, and present supply chain data for reporting and continuous improvement

  • Ensure high master data quality across ERP and planning systems

  • Identify risks to production output and take corrective actions

  • Collaborate with APU, Supply Planning, Quality, Shipping, Warehouse, Sales, and CSSC to align priorities

What makes you a great fit

You’re a detail‑oriented supply chain professional with strong analytical skills, ERP experience, and a proactive mindset for planning excellence. Ideally, you have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience

  • 2–4 years of supply chain planning experience in discrete manufacturing

  • Proficiency in ERP & MRP systems and real‑time manufacturing data

  • Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling

It’s a plus if you also have:

  • Experience with SIOP/S&OP processes

  • Strong analytics and statistical skills for evaluating output and metrics

Why you will love working here

We care — and you can expect:

  • A flexible work environment with home‑working options and parental support

  • Annual bonuses, health insurance, and well‑being initiatives

  • Three additional paid days for volunteering

  • Access to on‑demand learning and structured development programs

We are inclusive and value diverse abilities, experiences, and backgrounds.
