As our new Operations Manager, you will be leading and optimizing all operations activities within your assigned area, driving productivity, quality, and safety while developing a motivated and talented workforce that delivers on business objectives. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Operations team, you'll create impact by Driving operational excellence across production, logistics, and delivery to ensure Grundfos meets the growing global demand for sustainable water and climate solutions.

 

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Plan, direct, and monitor all operations activities to maximize resource utilization and meet production targets for volume, delivery, quality, cost, and safety
  • Select, lead, evaluate, and develop a team of supervisors and employees to ensure the department consistently achieves business objectives
  • Develop and implement plans that maintain an efficient, productive, and harmonious work environment aligned with Grundfos standards
  • Secure the right talent mix and keep the team trained and motivated to deliver value for Grundfos customers
  • Collaborate with production regions, sales regions, and logistics partners to align operational output with demand and strategic priorities

 

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a results-oriented operations leader with a strong track record of managing teams and processes in complex manufacturing environments, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Master's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Proven experience leading teams and processes within operations or manufacturing
  • Demonstrated ability to execute strategies and strategic initiatives within a complex, large-scale manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of operations, best practices, production systems, and continuous improvement methodologies

 

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional stakeholders including production, sales, and logistics
  • Track record of building and sustaining high-performing teams in a global organization
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing or similar operational excellence frameworks
